You did all the planning but you need help bringing it to life. The Bouquet Package is for you! You bring us the flowers (event) and we make the bouquet. Though this is known as the “Day-of Coordination Package”, our job starts as soon as you book us! We work with you prior to the event so everyone can be on the same page. We want to see your event through your eyes. What’s the point of celebrating if you can’t enjoy your own event?! We are here to take your worries away and make sure your dream event is executed your way! To ensure you and your guests are safe, this package includes 1 oz Hand Sanitizers for each guest.

Unlimited prescheduled meetings (in person, virtually, or telephonically)
Four Essential Coordinator Led Meetings
Vendor contract review
Monthly check-ins
Timeline creation for day of event and post-event
Vendor management the day of the event
Attendance at rehearsal (if applicable)
Set up any small event elements (table place cards, favors, guest book, table numbers, etc.)
Day of Event Coordination for up to 12 hours
Day of Point of contact for all event matters
Event Emergency Kit
Distribute final payments on your behalf to vendors
